Sorry for the late reply, but the hubs are better than the ones on the P1's. I believe the hubs on the 08 P1's were made by specialize. These hubs are made by DT swiss, they are really similar to the new Dt swiss 240 hubs if not the same. Painted red and re-branded as specialized.
